This is the product of my work for the 20Time project, which, put simply, is where students take an idea of theirs, research it, and make it happen.
For me, I decided to learn how to code using online resources (starting from absolutely zero knowledge) to follow up with something I code to showcase in the end. The first idea for a product was a very simple game if the learning went well, however I was learning the wrong language to do so the few months that I had, so I dedicated myself to finish what I was on for the most part and make a product from it any way I could. Luckily, the languages I did learn (HTML and CSS) could make websites, so the final product became this site.
The primary purpose of this project is to cater to the ever expanding video game industry by giving some findings for those who are curious about becoming programmers for video games, and have not yet fully researched themselves on the topic. The research itself were articles that come from employers and programmers themselves that have quit, retired, or are currently employed.
While this may not be the most amazing website, I am doing this to show how easy it is to get started on programming and how fast it is to get results, and I hope it is effective.
